🔁 Return & Refund Policy – Serenity Flames
Overview
At Serenity Flames, each candle is handcrafted with care. We maintain a limited return policy to ensure product quality while offering fair support to our customers.
Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- The product must be unused and in original condition
- The return request must be initiated within the given timeframe
Return Charges
- A flat ₹70 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos for verification
👉 In such cases, no return charges or fees will apply, and a full replacement or refund will be provided.
Final Sale Items
Certain products are marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Used products
- Customized or personalized candles
- Minor variations (as all products are handmade)
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
