Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Shipping Time
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your package until it reaches you.

Delivery Delays
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Address
Please make sure the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. Serenity Flames will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.
